DESCRIPTION
This manual page documents briefly the be command, part of the Bugs Everywhere package.
be allows commandline interaction with the Bugs Everywhere database in a project tree.

- Assign an individual or group to fix a bug

- Add a comment to a bug

- Compare bug reports with older tree

- Print help for given subcommand

- Bug fixing in progress

- Assign the root directory for bug tracking

- Show or change a bug's severity level

- Show a particular bug

- Show or change a bug's target for fixing

- Upgrade the bugs to the latest format
