Specify texture-stage state is a texture alpha blending operation. See the D3DTSS_ALPHAOP texture stage state description for DirectX 9.

The standard reset callback sets the AlphaOp[i] state to int(D3DTOP_SELECTARG1) or int(D3DTOP_DISABLE).
