NAME

swscanner --- Wireless networks manager for KDE

SYNOPSIS

swscanner [Qt-options] [KDE-options] [Options] [File]

DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the swscanner command.
 

swscanner is an application specially designed to deal with wardriving tasks, but also with many other non-wardriving-related wireless network managing tasks like detecting, configuring and profiling networks. It's perfect for advanced wireless users as well as novel users first-time dealing with wireless networks.
 

OPTIONS

These programs follow the usual GNU command line syntax,with long options starting with two dashes (`-'). A summary of options is included below.
 

General Options

--help                                
Show help about options
--help-qt                              
Show Qt specific options
--help-kde                             
Show KDE specific options
--help-all                             
Show all options
--author                               
Show author information
-v, --version
Show version of program
--license                              
Show license information

Program Options

-i, --iface interface
Set the preselected network interface
-f, --fileopen file
Set the file to open on start (*.sws, *.nsf)
--startscan
Automatically starts scanning
--on
Same as --startscan
--enable-sound
Enable sound on start (disabled by default)

Arguments

File
File to open on start (*.sws, *.nsf). Same as --fileopen
