ugene

NAME

ugene - console version of UGENE(1)

SYNOPSIS

ugene [OPTIONS] [--scheme SCHEME [SHEME2...]] [--suite SUITE [SUITE2...]]

DESCRIPTION

ugene is a console version of UGENE(1) - visual environment for DNA and protein sequence analysis. ugene allows user to launch UGENE computational workflows or test suites from the command line and analyse the textual output.

OPTIONS

--help

Print a usage message briefly summarizing these command-line options and the program version, then exit.

--suite SUITE

Load and run UGENE test suite or test list.

--scheme SCHEME

Load and run workflow designer scheme.

--test-timeout=<number>

Set time out for tests.

--test-num-threads=<number>

Set number of threads for tests.

--teamcity-out

Output test's messages for TeamCity system.

--log-no-show-date

Don`t show date&time info at log.

--log-no-show-level

Don`t show message level at log.

--log-no-show-category

Don`t show message category at log.

--log-level-none

Don`t show log messages.

--log-level-error

Show only error log messages.

--log-level-info

Show error and info log messages (default).

--log-level-details

Show detailed information messages.

--log-level-trace

Show trace messages.

--no-task-status-bar

Don`t show task status bar.

--color-output

Colored output.

--load-settings-file=<filename>

Load custom UGENE settings file.
