DESCRIPTION

Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::sampleseqs
       Bioperl class for:
 
         SAM     sampleseqs - generate typical sequences from a model (R. Hughey, A. Krogh)
 
 
       Parameters:

          for available values):
 
 
                 sampleseqs (String)
 
                 run (String)
                         Run name
 
                 model_file (InFile)
                         Model (-i)
                         pipe: sam_model
 
                 nseq (Integer)
                         How many sequences (-nseq)

  Title   : new()
  Usage   : my $sampleseqs = Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::sampleseqs->new($location, $email, @params);
  Function: Creates a Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::sampleseqs object.
            This method should not be used directly, but rather by 
            a Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise instance.
            my $factory = Bio::Tools::Run::AnalysisFactory::Pise->new();
            my $sampleseqs = $factory->program('sampleseqs');
  Example : -
  Returns : An instance of Bio::Tools::Run::PiseApplication::sampleseqs.
