Draws an image and allows to use extended drawing features.

himl [In] handle to image list.

i [In] image index.

hdc [In] handle to device context.

x [In] X position.

y [In] Y position.

dx [In] X offset.

dy [In] Y offset.

rgbBk [In] background color.

rgbFg [In] foreground color.

fStyle [In] drawing flags.

RETURNS

Success: TRUE

Failure: FALSE.
