LoadImageW (USER32.@) Loads an icon, cursor, or bitmap.

PARAMS

hinst [In] Handle of instance that contains image.

name [In] Name of image.

type [In] Type of image.

desiredx [In] Desired width.

desiredy [In] Desired height.

loadflags [In] Load flags.

RETURNS

Success: Handle to newly loaded image

Failure: NULL.
