Create a directory.

PARAMS

newdir [In] Name of directory to create.

RETURNS

Success: 0. The directory indicated by newdir is created.

Failure: -1. errno indicates the error.

NOTES

See CreateDirectoryA(3w).

IMPLEMENTATION

Not defined in a Wine header. The function is either undocumented, or missing from Wine.

Implemented in "dlls/msvcrt/dir.c".
