ARGUMENTS

Shishi * handle
shishi handle as allocated by shishi_init().
Shishi_asn1 enckdcreppart
input EncKDCRepPart variable.
int flags
flags to set in EncKDCRepPart.

DESCRIPTION

Set the EncKDCRepPart.flags field.

RETURN VALUE

Returns SHISHI_OK iff successful.
