When running multiple processes of Endeavour 2, the second and later instances of Endeavour 2 will send a InterPS command to the first process of Endeavour 2 (the core Endeavour2 process) to open a new window (and optionally at a specified path). This is to improve file system event notifications between Endeavour's windows and to conserve memory.
