nacctd

NAME

nacctd - network traffic accounting daemon with mysql support

SYNOPSIS

nacctd [-dD] [-c filename]

DESCRIPTION

nacctd is an network traffic accounting daemon which supports two styles of logging compact and full. Compact logging count traffic in mrta style. Full logging just logs everything. All data can be written in mysql or in file.

OPTIONS

-d

Switch on debugging

-D

Don't detach (for inittab)

-c

Specify alternative configuration file

BUGS

For now version which uses pcap can only listen on one interface.
